Each topper is made to order and can be placed upon a wooden stake or a paper stick (think lollipop)--the default is wooden, so please send a note at purchase if you'd like the lollipop stick.
Toppers are sold in a base set of 8, and increments of 12 thereafter.
In the set of 8, 2 designs are included four times. (8 = 2 designs (4 sets))
(ex. Set of 12 = 2 designs (6 sets), Set of 24 = 2 designs (12 sets)).
